Thank you for your interest in Foundations Christian Academy. Applications for 24-25 are now closed. We will open registration for the 25-26 school year on January 1st 2025.

STEP 1 – LEARN ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

STEP 2 – COMPLETE ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

To fill out the admission form online click the button below. 

There will be a space on the form to give us the name of someone who can complete the required Academic Recommendation and Pastoral Recommendation.

For new families, there is a $75 application fee, payable upon submission of the application form.

STEP 3 - PROSPECTIVE STUDENT Evaluations

This is part of our application process and is required of all candidates.

Appointed times to be scheduled upon receipt of application and registration fee.  Parents required to remain on site. The first round of testing occurs in February with additional dates scheduled in May and July.

Please Note: Application and fees must be received prior to scheduling an evaluation session. Pastoral and Academic Recommendations must be received before the Admissions Team can consider your application, but may be received after the evaluation.

STEP 4 – ADMISSION DECISIONS

Admission decisions will be mailed to each family in March.
